T E R M S   &   C O N D I T I O N S 


At Dayne Henderson we aim to have all standard orders dispatched within four weeks, as all orders are hand made to order and finished to our high standards. Custom items may take longer but a delivery date will be discussed during the designs process and an agreement as to expected dispatched date will made when the design is finalized. Although we will always do our best to get your purchase to you within the above timeframe in mitigating circumstances additional time may need to be added during extremely busy times of the year, notifications of any such delays will be communicate to the customer as soon as we know the agreed production date can no longer be met. Any specific requirements for delivery or arrival date should be discussed at the time of purchase and we will endeavor to comply were possible; a fee for rushed orders may be applicable.



All prices are quoted in British pounds sterling (GBP) and are subject to change, if payment is made in a different currency the current exchange rate will apply. 


All payments are required at the point of purchase; payments can be made via PayPal. We do not accept cheques. If payment via the current means is difficult please get in contact and we will endeavor to explore alternative payment options. No manufacture will be commenced until payment has been received.



If there is a problem with your order you must inform us upon receipt of the item. If the problem is that you have ordered the incorrect size then the item must be returned within 7 days, returns will only be accepted in there new condition and returned in their original packaging with no signs of wear. Returns can only be exchanged for the same item in the correct size, the cost of re-postage will be incurred.

If any fault or damage is found the item must be returned to us within 48 hours of delivery, if a repair or replacement is required then no costs will be incurred. Dayne Henderson cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by misuse or poor garment care.

Any custom or made to measure garments cannot be returned or refunded. If the fault has resulted from incorrect information supplied on the order then it is the customers responsibility contact us immediately at this point the order can be discussed and remedied. We will always try and correct any issues as we want all customers to be satisfied with their orders. Additional cost may be incurred to rectify issues that have Arisen from incorrect information, for this reason we ask that all measurements supplied using are custom fit option are accurate and correct when ordering as Dayne Henderson will not be held responsible for incorrect size measurements. This being said, customer satisfaction is at the forefront of Dayne Henderson so we will always endeavor to correct any issues.


Returning an item

If you wish to return an item you must contact us in writing within 7 days of delivery. Shipping back must be via a fully traceable delivery service, as Dayne Henderson cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Items being returned outside the UK must clearly state on all documentation and Customs declarations that the contents of the package are being returned to the manufacturer for alteration. Dayne Henderson will not pay for any taxes or duties on returned items this may result in loss or return to sender by the shipping company.


All prices are exclusive of shipping, any local taxes that may apply or any import duties.

At Dayne Henderson we want to offer everyone the opportunity to purchase our products so we do ship worldwide, generally we will use the royal mails signed and tracked service but in some cases a courier service may be used. A tracking number will be supplied on dispatch via email so you can see your parcels progress. All packaging is discreet as we want to respect your privacy and for added reassurance.
